Jeff with Premier Lending was absolutely wonderful to work with! We were in the middle of the chaos of moving states, and he made the entire mortgage process feel so much smoother. He was incredibly kind, patient, and always willing to answer our questions and walk us through each step. Jeff truly went above and beyond to help us, and we always felt like he genuinely cared about making the process work for our family. Ryan was amazing! Coming from a Real Estate Agents standpoint, Ryan is definitely someone I look Forward to closing a transaction with again. We had a very long tedious escrow and Ryan stayed on top of it, checked in, and when it was time got everything done in a matter of days. Highly recommend!

This review is about two years overdue. After 21 years of moving around and only renting, I retired from the military. Buying a house in Santa Rosa was my dream but it felt pretty daunting. I expected the VA loan to be a headache. But instead, Ryan made the process straightforward and kept us ahead of the timeline so our offer actually had a chance in a competitive bid. He explained things, answered every question, and was very responsive via, phone, email, and Zoom. But what I valued, most of all, was his efficiency and proficiency. We never felt pushed, just taken care of. If you’re active duty or a veteran using a VA loan, he’s someone you can trust. Ryan’s a professional.
