Bo knows. He had all the answers for me throughout my journey (and even after) to purchasing my first home. He looked out for what was best for me, and was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. He is a true professional. I didn’t know if I could buy a house or what I needed to do to get there, and I ended up buying a house within a month. He got me set up on a new homebuyer program where I didn’t have to pay any down payment and I had a reduced interest rate of 6.5%. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
