Ryan was fantastic to work with throughout this transaction. I represented the seller. One of the most important aspects of any deal is communication, and Ryan truly excelled in that area.
We connected before my seller accepted his buyers’ offer, and he confidently outlined his timeline, including completing the appraisal within 5 days and moving quickly through loan approval. I’ll admit, I was a bit apprehensive since part of that timeline fell over a weekend, but Ryan absolutely delivered.
Not only did he meet his deadlines (which is rare), but he also maintained consistent, clear communication the entire time. We were never left wondering where things stood. He is knowledgeable, dependable, and follows through on what he says he will do. If anything comes up, he picks up the phone and communicates.
