10 stars if I could. Ryan has helped us on both of our home transactions in the past 2.5 years and he has been nothing but amazing every single time. We just closed today on a 15 day escrow...15 days vs 30!! We would never look anywhere else. He keeps us informed, always answering our questions very quickly. We will be coming to him for any and all our future home purchases and refinances!!!! Cannot recommend and his team enough.
Update: Third transaction and he crushed it again!! Thanks Ryan and team as always :)

When we started our search for a realtor/lender, we weren't entirely sure we were ready to buy our first home. Ryan reviewed all of our information, helped us through the preapproval process and helped make the home buying/lending experience very straightforward and easy. Ryan always answered our phone calls and our questions. He is considerate, knowledgeable, realistic, and always gave us his time to assist us or provide us with information. Ryan readily checked in with us throughout the process, and has continued to check in now that we bought a home and have been there for some time. Ryan is very helpful! Working with Dillon was such a great experience. As first-time home buyers, my husband and I came into the home lending process with a lot of questions and very little background, and Dillon was exceptional every step of the way. He was patient, kind, and always willing to pivot how he explained things when we had our “deer in the headlights” moments and needed help understanding the details of the mortgage process. As a realtor, one of the most important parts of our transactions is working as a team with others such as title, lenders, inspectors, insurance reps, etc. It is always a blessing when that team consists of an amazing lender/loan advisor like Gretchen Shelton with Premier Lending. Gretchen was such a pleasure to work with, she always answered her phone or got back to me quickly when I called or had a question. when the insurance rep I was using took long, Gretchen was able to quickly secure insurance for the buyers, she knows what she is doing and is a very reliable loan advisor, I would definitely work with her again and or recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

Ryan was amazing! Coming from a Real Estate Agents standpoint, Ryan is definitely someone I look Forward to closing a transaction with again. We had a very long tedious escrow and Ryan stayed on top of it, checked in, and when it was time got everything done in a matter of days. Highly recommend!

This review is about two years overdue. After 21 years of moving around and only renting, I retired from the military. Buying a house in Santa Rosa was my dream but it felt pretty daunting. I expected the VA loan to be a headache. But instead, Ryan made the process straightforward and kept us ahead of the timeline so our offer actually had a chance in a competitive bid. He explained things, answered every question, and was very responsive via, phone, email, and Zoom. But what I valued, most of all, was his efficiency and proficiency. We never felt pushed, just taken care of. If you’re active duty or a veteran using a VA loan, he’s someone you can trust. Ryan’s a professional.
